SAP (Back office) How to convert Pdf pages in to Tif or Images.

Most of the enterprise organizations those use SAP most of the time use IXOS or Live Link viewer application to View the invoices which are in Image form.
But IXOS/ Live Link view itself has capacity to convert Pdf in the image form.

Open PDF
File – save as Image. (This will save file in Image form)
