Nokia Lumia 800,710 Cant make calls,call ends.

Please find solution for that problem. In dialer pad- Select Call Setting - caller Id (Please select MY CONTACTS) Press Back key & dial and check by calling someone in your contact list. Please comeback to dialer pad- Select Call Setting - caller Id (It must be showing everyone- Please select My Contacts) Now don’t press back button to dial. Turn off your phone. Remove the sim & Turn on Phone without SIM card. Turn off your mobile now Inset SIMcard & restart the phone. It worked for me & hopes it should work for you as well.

How to disable PST? Push following Dword registry value via GPO. HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Office\12.0\Outlook\DisablePST Set the Value to "1" to disable and "0" to allow. This will have to be pushed to each workstation. With that DWORD value there, the options for both creating and opening Outlook Data Files, and the "Archive" option in the File menu is removed. Fixing Broken WMI manually is always difficult & time consuming. I have created one bath file which does all for me.
